If I upgrade or buy another plan, do my unused codes roll over and add up?
Yes. Code quotas are cumulative. Example: you have 400 codes left on Basic and upgrade to ProPack (12,000). Your new balance is 12,400 codes.
What happens when I run out of codes?
Your existing QR codes and analytics remain intact. You can top up by upgrading or purchasing an additional plan at any time.
What analytics do I get?
Real-time scans, unique users, geo locations, devices, time-series trends, duplicate attempts, and flagged suspicious activity. Business+ can receive weekly or monthly email summaries.
Can I brand the verification page?
Yes. Business+ includes a branded subdomain (e.g., brand.qrtrusty.com/verify). ProPack supports an embeddable iFrame. API access is available for technical teams.
Can I remove the 'Powered by QRTrusty' watermark?
Yes—available on ProPack and Business+. Trial and Basic keep the watermark enabled.
Which export formats are supported?
QR assets: PDF or ZIP with layout options. History & reports: CSV. Higher tiers support bulk downloads with your logo applied.
Do codes expire?
Trial, Basic, and ProPack: valid for 12 months from activation. Business+: no time limits until codes are fully consumed.
Can I update or remove my logo later?
Yes. Upload a new logo anytime—newly exported labels will use it. You can also remove the logo completely.
How does QRTrusty detect fake or duplicated scans?
Each code is serialized. We track scan patterns and flag duplicates, abnormal frequency, or suspicious geo jumps.
Is there an API for developers?
Yes. Optional API access is available for generating/validating codes and integrating verification into your systems.
Can my team collaborate?
Business+ supports staff sub-accounts with scoped access and role management.
How secure are QRTrusty verification codes?
Each code is uniquely serialized and tied to a production batch. Duplicate or suspicious scans trigger automatic alerts. Business+ includes geofencing and anti-tampering intelligence.
Can QRTrusty be used in supply-chain or warehouse tracking?
Yes. Many factories use QRTrusty for distributor tracking, delivery confirmation, and operational scanning checkpoints.
Do I need technical experience to use QRTrusty?
No. The dashboard is built for non-technical teams. Generating codes, exporting labels, updating logos, and monitoring analytics requires no technical skills.
