Refund Policy

Refunds & Cancellations

We aim for clear and fair billing. Please review the rules below to understand when refunds are possible, and how cancellations work for your QRTrusty subscription.

1) Subscription Model

QRTrusty is a prepaid subscription service. Your plan provides access to features and an allocation of QR codes for a defined duration. Service access typically begins immediately after successful payment.

2) Refund Eligibility

Because QR codes are digital assets that become associated with verification records, refunds depend on whether service usage has started (for example: generating codes or activating custom settings).

Eligible cases (may qualify)

  • Duplicate payment for the same subscription
  • Technical failure preventing service activation after payment
  • Accidental purchase within 24 hours (only if no QR codes were generated and no custom setup was applied)

Non-refundable cases

  • QR codes already generated or exported
  • Subscription partially used or active beyond the initial window
  • Custom / enterprise / VIP agreements (unless explicitly stated in the contract)
  • Custom subdomain already configured or activated
Important: Once QR codes are generated, they cannot be “returned” or resold because they are tied to verification data and anti-counterfeiting integrity.

3) Cancellation Policy

You can cancel renewal at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current subscription period. Your access remains active until the end of your paid term.

4) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, email our support team with your account email, invoice details, and a brief explanation.
